MDC
This is me attempt at creating a hopefully iconic logo on my pieces.......It is supposed to be my initials/username (MDC) and the colors are supposed to be tweaked, its just an outline. The biggest gripe i think people will have is that it seems to read MCD, not MDC, but i dont really know how to fix that. Maybe you guys can help.Anyway, here it is:c&c appreciated! tBBP
What is it that you're trying to do with this logo, exactly?I'm sure others will see what I see: a rough outline of a cat's head or something along that line. You have an interest in cats. by chance? =DWithout knowing more, I really can't even suggest an avenue of approach for you in regards to this here. It is a good start; I will say that. How 'bout this here: list some characteristics about yourself that distictively identify you; then, list some characteristics that you wish for your personal mark to convey. See if any of those characteristics in either list match up; then work off those. That's one suggestion I have. (BTW, is this a personal logo strictly for that reason or more of a "brand" to use with future graphic design work? There is a bit of a difference, and knowing that in advance might help you further develop your own "marque", per se.)If you list those out, I'm sure I along with others in here might be able to lend a better helping hand to you here. 1stDownCreative
well as americans/english reading people read top to bottom/left to right... if you put the c first, its gunna read c then d....same as if you put the m on the bottom...then the m would read last....i threw this together real quick....its a little "dc shoes" and i'll say that first before some retard on here says "huh, huh...looks like this.." and post a dc shoes logo
JayJaxon
I don't think it looks so much like the DC shoes logo that it would be an issue. I like it.

I really like the way that one looks compared to mine, the DC shoes connection is only there if somebody mentions it. Would you mind if used a variation of that? Especially love the near-symmetry w/ the M and DC. Been trying to make a personal logo myself, but cant ever seem to unify the letters quite right and keep it simple.
