Gothamite
Outstanding. I love PCL throwbacks.I wish teams that are actually named after historical minor league clubs (I'm looking at you, Baltimore and Milwaukee) would do throwbacks. I seem to recall the Padres doing one not that long ago. The Green Bay Packers Uniform Database! Now in a handy blog.

BJ Sands
Oakland's white shoes look weird, but one can't expect them to wear different shoes for one game.
Saintsfan
One thing old school baseball unis always seem to do better is the socks! I guess in the days when players wear trousers outside of the socks you wouldn't see them so much nowadays, but stripey socks like that are so cool IMO when worn with baseball unis. 2011/12 WFL Champions

hormone
Maybe it was my TV, but the A's hat looked a lighter green than the unis/helmets.

dahatman
IMO, it seems that both Seattle and Oakland do the best and most accurate throwback nights out of any MLB team. They attempt to the whole thing right down to batting helmets, which were not eve3n worn. The next question, is where can I get one of those Oaks and Rainiers caps? Lids had sold a couple of caps last year.

tBBP
There is something I really love about this uniform. The way those colors bounce off the gray.Seriously, green and red is a VASTLY underrated and SORELY underused color combo. And they're COMPLEMENTARY COLORS at that!!!(The Milwaukee Bucks and the MVSU Delta Devils are the only two entities I can think of right now that utilize the scheme.) *Disclaimer: I am not an authoritative expert on stuff...I just do a lot of reading and research and keep in close connect with a bunch of people who are authoritative experts on stuff. || dribbble || Behance ||

Bmac
Cool game. I like Oakland's hats. Those are sweet. Everything actually looked pretty cool. DirecTV even listed the game as Seattle Rainiers vs. Oakland Oaks. Pretty cool. https://www.behance.net/bmatukewic8043
