Something about managing to incorporate a butterfly silhouette, letter "S" forms, and obviously the letter "M" in an abstract manner such as this here really just does it for me. Love this here logo...always have. *Disclaimer: I am not an authoritative expert on stuff...I just do a lot of reading and research and keep in close connect with a bunch of people who are authoritative experts on stuff. || dribbble || Behance ||

Love this here logo...always have.I agree- great logo and very creative name for the team as well. To tie it in the the Kings and also give it a female twist with the monarch butterfly angle. Very well done. And I think monarchs are native to california as well.

TruColor
Bumpin' this because I have modified all of my graphics into clickable thumbnails. I think this makes the posts easier to read without all of those ginormous logos getting in the way.I got the idea for this from an image that Gothamite posted earlier.Let me know what you guys think of this approach. speedy
Is it just me or does anyone else think the WNBA is a time capsule for 1990's NBA design?
patsox
Is it just me or does anyone else think the WNBA is a time capsule for 1990's NBA design?Looking at these logos, I would definitely say that is accurate. Since many of these logos were created in the 1990s and were based on the WNBA teams' NBA counterparts, many of these ended up looking like fraternal twins of NBA teams' logos.
