ManCalledAmp
For the Anaheim game in 2010, I think it would be cool to have something similar - but not exactly - the Angels font, with a halo around the first A's in American and National. So the American league could go with the LA/Anaheim "A" while the National League could use the retro California Angels' lowercase "a" I suppose. Interesting contribution there. I like it.I also like the wordmarks for this year's. Classy. Go Gators. Go Blue Raiders. Go Commodores. Go USC Trojans.Preds & Avs. Braves, Rays, & Dodgers. Titans, Colts, Broncos, Cardinals. Grizzlies. 14ers, Jam. Team Spirit + Laziness = Yay.
thespungo
The other guy says the National League is Red with Light Blue inserts on the side and around the collar. Sounds interesting, but I want to wait for comfirmation or until I see them to be sure. And the American League is Navy with Red, as I expected. This is going to mess with my head for the entire All-Star Break.Going back if memory serves me correctly, these were the color combos for BP jerseys:1998 in Denver had green jerseys for one of the leagues, and if I remember right purple for the other. I can't find any pictures right now, but I remember the green jerseys because I always thought that that was a cool look for the Rockies. You know, if the team ever decides to wear any other colors besides white, black, and more black.Green for the American league and black for the National league. I know because I've got an official Ken Griffey Jr. all-star jersey from that year.

It's been a while since Griffey was in the American league, I'm coping with it.That's the jersey I have, though, Griffey's. TruColor
More perspective on the odd color choices:2001 MLB All-Star Game Logo (Seattle, Washington):1998 MLB All-Star Game Logo (Denver, Colorado):I've got MLB All-Star Game logos on my short list for "color-adjusting". BallWonk
I've got MLB All-Star Game logos on my short list for "color-adjusting".Why do I get the feeling that your "short list" is longer than most people's just plain lists? Anyway, do you have the BP jersey scripts from the same? If so, I'll be watching for the 2002 NL script when you start that thread; I think the 2002 NL BP jersey should serve as the model for a revised Nationals home script. STL FANATIC
Green is a neutral baseball color in my mind. Any team with any sort of traditional identity (doesn't mean the identity has to be old) can pull off green as a complimentary color in a lot of cases. In Seattle's case however, I'm not sure why they (1) didn't just use their dark teal and (2) felt the need to use red so prominently. Do they list the red from their baseball in their official colors, CW? JUSTIN STRIEBEL | PORTFOLIO | RESUME | CONTACT

Just a smattering here and there for some of the other seasons. I also have some obscure graphics - here's a taste from 1998:Right Field View:Vertical Poster & Invitation:
TruColor
They really went through the hassle of making a left and right field view? Seems kind of pointless to me.Left Field View, Right Field View, First Base View and Third Base View.

McCall
GOT 'EM!!!Please note that these are the female cut, but makes no difference.Yep. That's how they were described to me.Not sure how I feel about the light blue. Feels a little forced. And really makes it odd looking when next to the American League in just navy and red. Not to mention they have different sleeve piping/striping. https://dribbble.com/MakaioCall

LEWJ
I like these a lot as well.Well kinda.I really like the wordmarks, but I don't know about the light blue, navy woulda worked just as well. And I think it may look better if the bat placement was the same for both. | BROWNS | BUCKEYES | CAVALIERS | INDIANS |
FiddySicks
These are wonderful, the NL especially. The light blue reminds me of watching Ozzie do a backflip, and that's never a bad thing. I'll be picking one up for sure. On 11/19/2012 at 7:23 PM, oldschoolvikings said: She’s still half convinced “Chris Creamer” is a porn site.)
