Gilbert Brown is the head coach. I hope he's paid this time.

yeah its not even close. Though i do like it better than the MSU spartan logo.

What! All they did was turn the face forward and redo some minor details.

Yeah, that's all they did. Which is actually a huge difference. In no way did they rip of the MSU logo. It's actually better.

Which MSU logo are you comparing this to? A lot of teams named Spartans have the same general design to the helmet.

Yeah, I live in La Crosse and work for a TV station there, and this in no way is ripping off the MSU logo, its structurly different, facing a different direction, and has a tear on the front of it. Just because its the Spartans and is green, doesn't mean its a rip off.

There is some heavy 300 off-ripping in that banner, though.

Well...I'm sure LaCrosse is a pretty good approximation of hell... :P

La Crosse, and the western part of Wisconsin is actually a pretty nice area that's known for its bluffs and bike trails... and the biggest one is called the Elroy-Sparta trail. Maybe that played a role in calling the team the Spartans?

Central Wisconsin on the other hand...
