Made an effort at a computer image today.http://reignoferror00.blogspot.ca/2013/03/diy-squirrel-hockey-jerseys.htmlWith my primate artistic & computer skills and programs I found it easier to start from scratch today on MS Paint and Corel Printhouse 2000. Modifying either a picture of the jersey or a pic of the templates I made up for the jersey was getting to be more trouble than it was worth.It's a little different from the original (arc of the semi-circle different and no white above the squirrel) but it works more than well enough for me and hope the image is good enough for you to work with.
