dfwabel 4,155 Posted August 29, 2009 I still haven;'t been able to reconcile the field-level luxury boxes in my mind. The people in these boxes will see NOTHING of the game on the field; benches, players, cheerleaders, still-photogs, video-photogs, carts, crates, mobile camera platforms, officials, you get the idea will prevent any of them from actually seeing a live play. Can anyone correct me here? Are the standing surfaces somehow higher to give these people an actual view?Let me tell you a bit more. Those who own the field level suites also get up to 21 tickets for the Club Level. there is one for rent on Dallas craigslist. Plus, the Cowboys have added to their local Papa Johns Pizza ads with one with Jerry and "Marty B. in drag".
rainmaker17 112 Posted September 18, 2009 I just got an email. The stadium will have the roof and the big glass end zone doors open for Sunday night.
BBTV 20,098 Posted September 18, 2009 I just got an email. The stadium will have the roof and the big glass end zone doors open for Sunday night. And by "roof", you mean "little tiny hole that's obscured by the monster-tron".Even with that thing open, there's no way this stadium can be accurately referred to as an open-air stadium.

I've toured the thing before, and it's just as walkable as the Ballpark across the street.

PackerBadger 5 Posted September 20, 2009 Except God keeps saying "Get that ing television out of the way - I can't see a me-dammned thing!"Reminiscent of a Martin Mull song, "I Wanna Be God," where God interrupts and Mull asks God what his last name is. A thunderclap is the answer. And Mull replies, "Oh really? Well thanks for clearing that up, Mr. Dammit."
duma 7 Posted September 21, 2009 the star is there at midfield. but its smaller than before.also, dont like the fact that the sidline walls are bare. they should of continued putting the blue background with stars all around the stadium, not just the endzones.
