Coast2CoastAM2006
i think what they meant to put on there is 'Lost Marlins' but they didn't have any T's. Spoilers!
Bouj
Apparently the Marlins are too cheap to even have an intern look up the translation of "Marlins" in babelfish.A "Pescados" jersey (I know, fish isn't necessarily a marlin) would be pretty cool. JayJaxon
That is one ugly jersey. I love how the Giants and the Brew Crew did it. Now THAT is how to go a promotion!
rmackman
Worst execution in MLB so far?Are you surprised that Loria chose the cheapest way to pull this off? "Every morning in Africa, a gazelle wakes up. It knows it must run faster than the fastest lion or it will be eaten. Every morning in Africa, a lion wakes up. It knows it must outrun the slowest gazelle or it will starve. It doesn't matter whether you're a lion or a gazelle. When the sun comes up, you'd better be running." - Unknown | Check out my articles on jerseys at Bacon Sports

I wouldn't be surprised if you told me that that put the "Los" on the regular game jerseys for one night and then pulled them off for the next game just so as not to have to get another set done up.
