I say it's a success. The Rockets never should've strayed from red and yellow-orange when they redesigned. I hope the home whites end up looking like this too.

Success, why? Oh, and also FYP.

Oh, the logo always looked more yellow-orange to me. Success because they modernized the uniform and color scheme associated with their world championships. They look more like the Houston Rockets now than they have in about 15 years.

I like the design overall, though it would help to see the shorts. My biggest issue at this point is the yellow number with white drop-shadow. It just always seems to me that having a shadow which is lighter than the main object is rather counterintuitive.

For all the bird de lis haters I think the bird de lis isnt supposed to be a pelican and a fleur de lis I think its just a fleur de lis with a pelicans head. Thats what it looks like to me. Also the flair around the tip of the beak is just flair that fleur de lis have sometimes source I am from NOLA.

I stand corrected, I checked SSUR, and it's not even yellow, instead it's gold.

I agree, the shadow is obnoxious, but I like it for the most part. The colors are much better and more unique in the NBA. theyres not much they could do with red and yellow to not look like China and McDonalds anyway

Not a fan of that type of shadowing - I think that the 3d kind (not sure the technical term for it... think NY Rangers numbers) would have been better.

Other than that, they're pretty cool. Keep in mind, I'm a huge fan of their current home and road. These aren't better than those, but not bad for a "inspired by" alt.
