Darth Brooks
I want to thank you for putting these up. It's fascinating to see how solid these look. I had to play with it myself.

bb10
added a visor to the helmet. black and clear.. what do you think?
BigDmo
Looks kinda awkward IMO. The bracket thing is way too small.I'd use this pic as a reference for a visor (caution, really high res)http://filestorage.blackmorgan.net/77243090.jpgSee how the visor extends to the bottom of the second bar. WoosterGenerals
Even though the clasp that holds the visor looks decent, in needs depth. It is like a 1/8 think, needs a shadows. What you have is flat. You have to sell our eyes.

RicardoMacho
Squeezee12,Can you (or anyone else who is trying this in Gimp) give translated directions to do this in Gimp. I don't have Photoshop and am not terribly gifted with any of these programs to begin with. I am trying to convert all the logos for my fantasy league into decent looking helmets and this would help tremendously.Ricardo

I have figured out how to get rid of the background like everyone else has... And also having trouble making clean helmet stripes... But Im still playing with it and once I get it down Ill try to send something over to you. Davidson first post will help through the process. The only part I couldnt do is the mask layer part. Havent figured that out in Gimp yet... Oh well.
