FYI been playing about in illustrator and you can create the metallic fleck using the grain effect from the live effects menu rather than having to create it in corel and pull it in as a psd, see half done image below.9erssteve Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

9erssteve Posted October 24, 2009 Share Posted October 24, 2009 Or you could stick with PS7 and just download Davidson's awesome 3D photoshop template files and do a much better job in about a THOUSANDTH of the time!That half finished effort is about 4 or more hours work and it's no where near done, with Davidson's files I had a complete helmet done in about 15 mins!
