I'm disappointed, but there's no denying UAPB played a significantly better game tonight. I just hate to see our seniors go out in a lackluster game in Dayton, Ohio. We'll still have our 9th Big South Championship banner in 12 years hanging up in the Coliseum next season (insert "Special Olympics gold medal" quip here) and that's all I could ask for.Congratulations to UAPB. Give Duke hell.

NJTank 1,129 Posted March 18, 2010 In other news there have not been too many shinning moments for Seton Hall lately who canned Bobby Gonzalez yesterday for being an uneqquivical jerk, and ding so without any success. Meanwhile Robert Mitchell who was kicked off the Pirates team Sunday for critical comments about the now former coach, decided to act like an actual Pirate and rob and bound people at gun point. http://www.nj.com/college-basketball/index.ssf/2010/03/former_seton_hall_basketball_player_robert_mitchell_pleads_not_guilty_to_kidnapping_robbery.html

Bobby Hurley Sr. Please!!!I doubt he leaves the Friars to coach the Pirates. Maybe Bob Farrell or Kevin Boyle instead? I mean, we know Boyle likes to practice.
NJTank 1,129 Posted March 19, 2010 I heard he may be interested in taking over Seton Hall, especially if it comes with a deal that would have Danny Hurley as an Assistant and possible coach in waiting. Getting Hurley would really help the Hall land some stars from Jersey, and there is allot of talent in this state.
WJMorris3 544 Posted March 19, 2010 Or Seton Hall could always grab Jim Crawford. Great coach who never seems to get the respect he deserves.
