Of course, both sides will say this is proof that the other guy didn't want to fight their guy and that the other guy is a coward. I don't give a damn if they didn't want to fight or not, this looks bad for Manny. You can't get your blood tested within 30 days? Hmmm...what are you trying to hide, champ? I really wouldn't be surprised if in the past, there were a bunch of big time fights that went through something that claimed to have it called off.Either way, this fight will happen.
