IceCap
The first Minnesota/Dallas one is ColeJ's, and the second one just doesn't compare. The Leafs/Habs one just isn't realistic, not at the Rogers Centre. Even with the roof open it's not the outdoor atmosphere the Heritage Winter Classic has become known for. If it's going to be in Toronto it'll have to be at BMO Field, and that's apparently to small for the NHL's liking. Montreal doesn't have anything bigger/better, so despite the awesomeness that would be inherent in the game, a Habs/Leafs one isn't happening. TBGKon
Red Wings-Avalanche either at Coors Field, Comerica Park, or Michigan Stadium would be great. Nice rivalry with 2 teams that hate eachother.
Anubis2051
I thought Yankee Stadium was out because of the Yankee Bowl?
goforbroke
Having a Winter Classic in a retractable domed stadium with the roof opened kinda seems too forced. I agree its not the right atmosphere. NHL wants an old fashioned outdoor stadium.
