In case you havent guessed its supposed to say LAFirst thing that popped into my head when I saw the letters was the sleeves were labelled "L" and "R" for "Left" and "Right". I think that needs to be changed.As for the crown, it's a good idea to try and simplify the current logo, but I think maybe you've simplified too much, I would try and find a mid-point between the two.
