The_Admiral
I'm going to assume that "Now open" on the Dasherboard is for the "Wild Horse Pass" and not a "space for rent" indicator. They have an ad for Facebook! rams80
If the team promises to run a side service of hunting down Mexicans for deportation, I think you may get that funding. Sodboy13
What's all this talk of Phoenix leaving? Did the "Jerry Reinsdorf gets a free team without financial liability for five years" deal get rescinded?Anyway, tonight was quite disappointing. The Coyotes sure picked a hell of a time to channel their inner Winnipeg. Maybe I won't continue to mentally swear at the thought that the Stanley Cup Playoffs are primarily aired on the television home of the D League Finals. It's not like this loss immediately boots them back to Winnipeg, but at least it might lower the temperature of Coyotes Fever among the trained seals who run various legislatures down there. As for what to do with the arena should its tenant leave, there's always quality AHL hockey (which they'd effectively been playing there until this season anyway), semi-pro teams, college teams, and concerts. Holding pen for Mexicans would also seem like a good idea, but only if there's a way that the holding pen can be sponsored by Facebook. ♫ oh yeah, board goes on, long after the thrill of postin' is gone ♫

They were playing it off as if tonight were some sort of funeral -- which it almost was, except everyone was in white.
