the admiral Posted May 10, 2010 Share Posted May 10, 2010 In all fairness, Portuguese could pass for Spanish to the untrained eye or ear that isn't looking for tildes on vowels and stuff. It's not as if Brazilians are speaking Estonian or something. Nevertheless, one should know that Brazil is the largest South American country where Spanish isn't spoken.
