So the Jazz's offseason went from "WTH??" to "Holy shizz, no way! YES!" in mere weeks. I'm loving every minute of this, I guess I can start believing in O' Connor after all! The opinions I express are mine, and mine only. If I am to express them, it is not to say you or anyone else is wrong, and certainly not to say that I am right. Wasatch
Yeah, but the majority will be the first to bitch out KOC if anything remotely goes wrong. Not necessarily; I know from a personal stand point I?ve been sick of KOC sitting on his dead butt with signing FA?s in the off-season for many years now! You have to admit, the Jazz haven?t been the model franchise for addressing needs when they come up! I'm pretty content now that they've shown us fans that they're not going to go quietly in the night.
Buster
Wasn't that a nice little High School Pep Rally they had over in Miami? I'm already counting the days when the Bulls/Celtics/Magic/Lakers (Pick one) knock the Heat out of the Playoffs.Like I said on another post... if LeBron was more about winning than just increasing his "brand," umm, why not Chicago? The Bulls were a 41 win playoff team with just Rose, Noah, Deng, and Gibson. Can you imagine Rose, Korver, James, Boozer, Noah with Deng, Redd!ck, and Gibson coming off the bench? SCARY.I agree completely and think he made a mistake if he REALLY concentrated on being on a winner. I think the Florida lack of income tax was the deciding factor, seriously. New York taxed themselves out of the running for many players.

Must be a slow summer...You mean a WRIST injury that shouldn't hamper him at all whatsoever now? That injury? Oh and you forgot to add "agressive, hustling defensive beast who loves to get under Kobe's skin". Not to mention he happened to be quite loved by the fans during his first stop here. So I'd say the excitement is legitimate. The opinions I express are mine, and mine only. DrJack
I agree with the other poster that it is a little weird to be THAT excited about a 34 year-old Raja Bell. I mean "Holy shizz"??? Really?

hettinger_rl
Mike Miller signs with Miami. Apparently Lebron and Pat really wanted him in the mix. Plus he was Haslem's college roommate. He left $10-15 million on the table from other teams. It'll either be interesting (if they play averagely well) or boring (if they play incredibly well)to see how the season plays out. THUNDA
I still can't get over how much that T-Wolves uniform resembles something out of the WNBA. Anyway, Mike Miller and Zydrunas Ilgauskas have both officially signed with Miami. Miller's going to wear #13 and Z will wear #11.

A player like him who's all over the court and always contributes to wins tends to stand out to young fans, and he certainly did to me at that young age. I loved the guy and am thrilled to see him come back, that's all. I'm sorry my personal excitement over an acquisition is so strange to all of you guys, but just imagine if a player you liked alot returned to your team after a few years, you'd probably be glad to see him back too. It's really not that uncommon.... The opinions I express are mine, and mine only. If I am to express them, it is not to say you or anyone else is wrong, and certainly not to say that I am right.
