Cyclone20
Hi, I've been on the boards for a while now and have recently started with logos. This is my first logo that i hae posted. It is in it's first stage and i am hopeing for it to be my first completed logo. I am just looking for thoughts on it so i can improvehttp://s1004.photobucket.com/albums/af162/pieper20/?action=view¤t=CougarDraft1.jpgThanks
loogodude90
Its not bad, but nothing special. It looks more like a dwg. than a logo. But I think it would make a good basis for a logo, if thats what you are asking. Spammy
Thats a great start, just keep sketching, adding details and such and you should have a winner! A few suggestions though, Try making the ears different sizes and shapes, as now they look off, You should also try experimenting with different eyes. Otherwise, this is really good! BrandMooreArt
though its only a sketch i dont think its done. maybe it depends on how you work, but i like my sketches to be pretty tight before i scan and trace them. if its going to be perfectly symmetrical, just trace one half of it in Illustrator (or whatever vector program you have) then take that completed half, reflect it, and join with the other.
