My old room mate was Andre Miller's cousin and he wore the hell out of that jersey. I've always liked that look for Cleveland. Too bad it represented such a bad time in Cavs history.

I'm not even going to bother posting in these threads, I'll just say refer to Lights Out's posts and it would be what I was going to put, haha.

I don't consider his taste out there, as I have the same taste. We just appreciate creative and inventive uniforms rather than plain and boring uniforms like so many seem to like for, I don't know why.

I can apprecaite some classic uniforms and like some, but I love alternate and flashy uniforms as well. They are so much better.

^I'm with you.

But some people think 'design' is changing the colors of stripes on a tired pattern that's been used a thousand times. Others appreciate actual design. Creating something. Not regurgitating the same old same.

I imagine these types of people as wearing only 1 brand of polo shirt- only in solid colors that don't vary much, and khaki pants every day of their lives. Sometimes they might get CRAZY and unbutton the top button.

Could be wrong. That's what's in my mind though.

Hey, you know what a really douchey thing to do is? Make broad, insulting generalizations about people just because they don't like what you like. Bravo.

Lucky me, I have this one too.

Oh and LetsGoOakland9, I think you should take a break from the computer for awhile. Go punch something, blow off some steam.

Seconded.

I have a purple T-mac, A white T-mac and, A white Vince Carter.

The purple time for the Raptors was a great time. Shame that they had to go to the bland looking Patriotic stuff. That was really a great color scheme.

Agreed. While I won't advocate a return to the 90s look (as fun as it may have been for a 10 year old Ice_Cap), I will say the 1999-2003 look (with TORONTO on the roads) was their best look, by far. The Canada red look was fine as an alternate, but it really comes off as a bland full-time look.

Completely agree with you guys.

Agreed, personally I think they should update the first jersey with the giant raptor on it, just make him look like a realistic pissed off raptor without a uniform and high tops and as much as I love the purple and red go with a green/brown earthtone type colorway, maybe multiple greens and browns.

Funny, I just stated what was true, that many like plain and "classic" looks.

Seems I am often called a moron and have terrible taste because I like different uniforms.

Seems "douchey" that you would refer to us like that. I said nothing insulting, unless you consider saying many people like plain uniforms insulting.

I don't follow your logic chief.

Yeah, I don't see what you did to get a talking-to from Ice_Cap. However, elsephen was being a total douche to traditionalists, although I agree that changing colors on a bog standard template does not constitute "design" or make something "classic" as people are so apt to think on here.

Although I have found myself nodding in agreement with Lights_Out in the past, I thought it was unfair to call Legend a douche here. He really wasn't bashing anyone, and I didn't see how it was deserved... And while we're on this point, I think people throw around the d-bomb way too often on this site. I mean, you say one thing that someone else might find disagreeable, and all of a sudden you're a douche? Not cool.

Why can't fellow logo enthusiasts unite, rather than bicker and in-fight? Just a querey of mine..

Sorry Legend. You just had the very bad fortune of having elsephen agreeing with you while simultaneously being a douche. My apologies to Legend.
