I'm digging it. Especially the alternate logo, but the orange/beige color is a little too light for my taste. Everything else is really nice!

Not necessarily digging the sleeve stripes. I'd move em up and invert 'em.

Also, hockey teams generally use the same pair of (dark) pants for each jersey. So stick with the navy ones for all three.

This is a good start, and I like where you're going, but there a few things to fix.

First, you need to put numbers on the sleeves. I'm not much of a hockey follower, but I'm pretty sure most if not all NHL teams have them.

Second, I would put the primary logo on the shoulders of the alternate for consistency in the design.

Shoulder patch looks a lot like the Padres logo. I'm guessing that you meant to do that, though.

Been real busy with school and other things, so I finally got time to tweak this, and I think it looks a lot better.

Looks pretty good. My only suggestion would be to maybe try using a cream color in place of that grayish you have right now. It might just make everything flow together better.
