I like the changes you've made.

To me, though, it looks like the neck/back is too downward looking, and the head is too upward looking, when placed together, if that makes sense. In other words, the angle of the head should be rotated a little clockwise and/or the back/neck should be rotated a little counterclockwise. That's just my opinion. Either way it's heading/headed in the right direction...err.. no pun intended.

the neck look much better. the whole thing is well done, but until you actually put separation between the top front teeth, it's going to look like a hamster to me. maybe try having the left tooth (his right) bend the opposite of the other front tooth if that makes sense because they still look like oversized rodent teeth to me. other than the teeth, it's a good looking logo.

He still looks too tired. The eye needs to be fierce. Right now he looks middleaged.
