Between the manifesto he wrote to acoompany his concept and all the hype preceding it (banners etc), it sure seems that he bought into an inflated opinion of his work. I have less respect for him now than I did before. He just doesn't get design at all. If this took time, then he needs to go back to his day job. While he probably got a little ahead of himself, for all we know, icethetics may have been pressing him to do so. Or he could be in-over his head. But I'm happiest about this:So judging by your response, it does need some work in order to please Jets fans and that's perfectly fine He's actually going to listen to the C&C and try to make his design better, and he's OK with it. I posted on the other page how much I hate this concept and how it was way over-hyped, but while his design may not look professional, he sure looks it. But also because I am disliking the Penguins current Edge unis a little bit more, every passing day. Especially the road white...This jersey really shows just how much that template isn't that good. It's annoying how that Chris dude almost always has to bring up the freaking Lightning, regardless of what is being discussed. I get it, he's a fan and it's his blog... but it reminds me of the annoying Leaf fans who always seem to threadjack the comments section on TSN.ca. It's one thing to be a fan, it's another to be obnoxious about it.And no, Chris didn't bother posting my Icethetics comment about the crappy Jets concept either. That's pretty consistent for him though; out of 5 or 6 attempts to comment there in the past, he's bothered to allow only 1 of my comments through. Unfortunately I don't see it going anywhere as they just won a cup in it. Then again I might be wrong... look at TampaHell, they won the Cup in 1992 and changed the following season.The Stars changed uniforms after their 1999 Stanley Cup victory for the 1999/2000 season.Also, Carolina won in 2006 and changed by the time the 2007-08 season rolled around.
