FiddySicks
Dodger fans going for title worst fans in America http://sports.espn.go.com/los-angeles/mlb/news/story?id=6280485A fan wearing San Francisco Giants apparel was beaten in the Dodger Stadium parking lot following Thursday night's season opener. The man who was beaten is in critical but stable condition, Los Angeles Police Department watch commander Sgt. Sanford Rosenberg told the Los Angeles Times. The LAPD said it is looking for two men who they say attacked three Giants fans -- including the man taken to the hospital -- in the parking lot after the game, which was won by the Dodgers. The men who police are looking for were wearing Dodgers apparel."The man suffered a serious head injury during the assault after the game,'' Rosenberg told the newspaper. You arrive in the 3rd Inning leave i the 7th and beat up fans from other teams, yet another black eye for LA56,000 people were there Tank. Of that 56,000, two of them were involved in the incident. I'm going to go out on a limb and suggest that two people out of 56,000 probably isn't a large enough sample to support your hypothesis. Two involved in the incident the rest left in the 7th Inning to beat the trafficMy opinion is obviously biased, but one of the reasons I have such a distain for The Dodgers and not the Angels is the fans. Don't get me wrong, there are a TON of amazing Dodgers fans out there who are respectful and really know their s**t, but the bad ones are hands down the lowest class of people I have ever had the displeasure of encountering at a sporting event. I've seen the Dodgers play several teams in Los Angeles and every time I've been absolutely appaled at how big of s**t heads the bad fans are. And I've seen them on the road several times and have witnessed countless Dodgers fans get kicked out for being classless. It seems like there is a big group of fans who take this silly LA pride thing and try to prove it by getting violent over their sports teams. It's not only LA (Oakland Raiders come to mind), but the only place where I've seen a group of thugs walking around 8 deep spitting on families who are the fans of other teams then challenging the dad to do something about it is Dodgers Stadium. The_Admiral
The enormous disparity between Vin Scully and belligerent cholos is what makes the Los Angeles Dodgers great with a capital G. ♫ oh yeah, board goes on, long after the thrill of postin' is gone ♫
Sodboy13
Okay, the White Sox actually put Will Ohman on their active roster? And they're using him? I thought he was just one of those Spring Training novelty signings, like Tom Selleck on the Tigers or Garth Brooks on the Padres, and we all have a good-natured chuckle afterward. This has me longing for Scott Linebrink and/or a pistol.
