The Cardinals bullpen blows too, and blown saves should become pretty regular around those parts. They had the Giants down to their last out with a runner on first and blew it.And of course I have Ryan Franklin as my fantasy closer Overall though it was a fantastic game. Brian Wilson looked rusty but he also had a few calls go against him that could've gone either way. Good to see some big clutch performances from Pablo Sandoval and Aaron Rowand too. The atmosphere was incredible as well. nothing beats getting hugs from random strangers who are all completely giddy at the opportunity to celebrate their team's first title. I got on TV too! To change the mood a bit, I also sat next to the family of Brian Stow, the Giants fan who was brutally attacked in Los Angeles last week. They were obviously really broken up about what happened, but they had nothing but respectful things to say about the Dodgers organization and their cooperation and assistance, and all they said about the two men was that they were working with LAPD to do all they can to catch them.
