_RH_
I've been thinking about this RH and if ESPN does get the NHL back hopefully in 2012-2013 this is how they should do it.ESPN- Thursday Night ABC- Saturday NightI wouldn't complain about 2 nights of nationally televised hockey! I prefer white hockey jerseys at home but would be okay with doing what the AHL does, half the year one way and half the other.

zpqmaowl
- Fans who go to games to watch the game, not drink beer and text all game. - People who keep score.- ESPN covering sports that are actually happening, not talking about the Dallas Cowboys in March or LeBron in August.- All networks recognizing teams other than the Yankees, Red Sox, NY Giants, Jets, Heat, and Lakers.- Talk about hockey before things like the Penguins/Islanders incident happen, and maybe spend a minute on the current Western Conference race instead of a college football player going to the hospital 6 months before the season starts. the worst helmets design to me is the Jacksonville jaguars hamlets from 1995 to 2012 because you can't see the logo vary wall

FlyersHockey1967
White jerseys at home in the NHL.You nailed it I'm sure every NHL fans misses the home white jersey.I guess I'm in the minority, I like seeing the Flyers in orange at home.BUT, here's a fun compromise; why not alternate it every year? Odd number years teams wear dark at home, even number years they wear white at home. I couldn't imagine it'd be all that difficult to do.Don't get me wrong I love seeing the orange jerseys on home ice, especially after all those years of the black jerseys. But something about white at home that makes me miss it. It's probably because I didn't get to watch games when I was growing up, and the only times I could was the occasional UPN 57 broadcast where I would see the orange roads. Seeing a home broadcast and the white jerseys was a special moment for me.Additionally, the NHL is literally the only league at any level that doesn't wear white at home. It's weird when high school, collegiate, and minor leagues all have home whites and dark roads, and the highest league of the game has it the other way around. Chawls
Most of the NFL wearing white shoes. They match teams' unis so much better than black shoes in most cases mainly because every team has a white jersey. It's all about color coordination. I still think it'd be neat to see them swap it up every year though, just to make everyone happy.
