CS85 Posted April 8, 2011 Share Posted April 8, 2011 If you're wanting it for photographs, I'm sure you could find some brushes online that could replicate the streaks, ala This Link, and then use the lens flare effect under filters to finish it off. gordie_delini Posted April 8, 2011 Share Posted April 8, 2011 Learn to use your blur tools my friend. it's an easy effect to achieve. search "photoshop light tutorials" in the googles and you'll find a multitude of step-by-step walkthroughs to achieve this effect.
