pianoknight
As a Husker fan, I'm saddened by the blatant ripoff of the Harley Davidson logo. I'm glad these aren't officially sanctioned by the university. Not to be overly critical, but how does the "rebel spirit" and angel wings have any relation to NU or the Cornhusker mascot? Lights Out
It's not the same as the Harley-Davidson logo, just a similar look.

Gothamite
Doesn't have to be identical to be infringement.
DelayedPenalty
Doesn't have to be identical to be infringement.Especially with H-D. I worked on a project last year for an event we were hosting at the Museum in Milwaukee. We had to have express written consent from H-D to even include the logo on our invite, and THEY chose which one it was, as well as what else could be included on the invite. They're very protective of their identity. Anyone who tries to copyright a SOUND is not to be messed with!
