Okay, I'll play. Let's use a quick syllogism here...

- All three of those are RBs (since rushing stats are listed first).

- one of those RBs plays for the team you're a fan of--otherwise you probably wouldn't have even posted those stats.

- My memory tells me you're an Oregon fan.

That leaves only one logical conclusion: one of those players is LaMichael James.

Amirite?

*Disclaimer: I am not an authoritative expert on stuff...I just do a lot of reading and research and keep in close connect with a bunch of people who are authoritative experts on stuff. 😁

Let's all agree that Player A was better than the other 2 so it's moot that one of the other two didn't get invited to New York.

Don't forget that LMJ has missed the most games of the three.

IMO, Ball shouldn't have been invited either. Whatevs.

And let's all agree that Player B, who wasn't invited, has the worst stats of the 3

Yeah but he also missed two games due to an injury and split carries with two other backs.

So why should a part time player be nominated for Heisman?

Precisely! Can't have it both ways.

You're looking for logic from the FBS. They make it up as they go.

Oregon didn't really miss a beat while LaMichael was out either.

Had he even been invited to NYC, his chances of winning would've been less than the Honey Beaver's. (But I will give LMJ credit for NOT taking any Ugly Bretty cell phone pics.)
