Bleeding Cowboy font-the new Copperplate?

Judging from that link, it appears the font Bleeding Cowboy is to country music what the font Trajan is to the film and movie industry...ENTIRELY too overused.

yep, ive made Bleeding Cowboys the backbone typeface of my entire personal identity. http://www.behance.net/gallery/personal-branding/365288

like i wrote in that article (thanks for the plug Gmac!) this is not a font that you want to use a lot, and certainly dont settle for what it gives you. simplify it and cut some of the grunge parts off and the embellishments in some cases. because of that, its not really like copperplate or helvetica where you can insert it anywhere and people dont really notice it. i believe its closer to Papyrus because its so unique and recognizable and in most cases just looks terrible because the designer used it "because it looks cool"
