This is one of the more impressive logo concepts I have seen a while. Very, very, very well done. I think maybe the size ratio between the back diamond and the wordmarks and other front elements is a little off.

Maybe make the front elements bigger, and shrink the diamond a tad. But, that's just my personal preference.

I think that wordmark is really great, but I think the imagery is a little bit ambiguous, as in, it's tough to tell what it's supposed to represent if the words aren't there. It's a tough nickname to illustrate for sure.

I still don't have a website, but I have a dribbble now! http://dribbble.com/andyharry

Hey guys I just made this logo for fun and it's my first sports logo I've done. I would like some feedback, one thing I would say it's a bit too busy?

Can definitely tell where you got the inspiration

Story B: Red Wings go undefeated and score 100 goals in every game. They also beat a team comprised of Godzilla, the ghost of Abraham Lincoln, 2 Power Rangers and Betty White. Oh, and they played in the middle of Iraq on a military base. In the sand. With no ice. Santa gave them special sand-skates that allowed them to play in shorts and t-shirts in 115 degree weather. Jesus, Zeus and Buddha watched from the sidelines and ate cotton candy.

I prefer the initial color scheme, this one makes me think of the Padres. Nice logo, quite abstract but it works.

Wait, what sport is the ball supposed to be for?

You know what they say, "Traditionalist's can go die in a hole if they don't like it."
