far from it. that mustard yellow gives me gas just looking at it. its so ugly! The patches are pretty cool but the color is awful

It's Morgo...

If it looks like s**t, he'll sing its praises just to be "different" oppositional...

BigMac's posts make me want to punch babies.

Hockey is weird and I love it.

Uniform design is subjective there JQK. If I was giving this jersey praise simply to be "different" or "oppositional" would I have spent over $200 on the Authentic? Yes the logo is cartoony and the colour is gaudy but gaudy works for a Southern Belt team like Nashville. The jersey looks great in person.

No matter how you recolor it, change the depth perception, ect, that's still one of the worst logos ever. Just look at the lower jaw. It's freaking horrible. Nashville's whole history is kinda neat in the sense that it's so ridiculously out there and mostly poor that it's almost kind of cool. In a league with teams like the Canadiens, Maple Leafs, Bruins, and Rangers, it's funny to think that they could take the ice against a team that looks like the Preds.

And that old third logo just takes the cake. It looks like they ripped it off from the cover of an Iron Maiden album.

Wow, remember this?

Nashville has came a long way since then. That looks like something you'd see in some sort of anime show.

That mustard yellow was ugly, but it's nothing compared to the green used by the Brampton Battalion. I had to play against a team who used the Battalion's template and I was honestly distracted by that baby-s*!t green color.

I've never understood the hate for the Predators logo. I suppose I got that people didn't like the flashy robotic look to it. Makes sense. But apparently, the hatred is for the shape of the logo itself?

I think it's a great logo, and the latest version is as good as it's ever been now. It's not perfect. I'd probably tinker with that yellow stripe, but it's still very good.

Well you answered your own inquiry there. A chrome plated sabretooth tiger looks ridicous.

i've never had a huge problem with the predators logo or colors... the robo-cat was sorta cool in a power-rangers/judas-priest kinda way... and the old mustard jersey is one of my favorites of all time. i hate the predators and i own one. never wear it, but i had to buy it, because that color, construction, and template were just too cool to pass up. that's one heavy-sweater, too. double layer.

my only REAL complaints with the predators original logos are that the jaw looks so ridiculously undersized and with a massive over-bite... also (especially on the update), the cat looks like it has massive elvis sideburns. not sure if that's intended because of the music city, but it just looks like an unfortunate mutton-chop shape. but those are minor gripes, i suppose.

i personally think that a yellow/silver/navy/white color scheme is unique and awesome. especially with the way they emphasized silver and yellow, with navy and white seeming like the foundation for their unique color scheme. yellow and silver look great together to me. it's a shame i think they've ditched it.

I absolutely love it. Such a huge improvement over the past logo. This logo makes a definite color scheme, with blue and yellow, compared to the 5 color logo used. I'm also glad they went away from the black and blue logo, which was never good.

The pick logo is also awesome.

Also, does anyone know if NHL 12 will feature this set, and the Winnipeg set when it comes out?

Of course it will. At the very least, it'll be downloadable.

The double layer mesh construction was really unique and eyecatching. The only other jersey to use it was the Thrashers pre-edge, powder blue.

That colour scheme had so much potential if only it was used in a classy, understated way. Look at the socks of the Pre-edge jerseys. A striping pattern based off that would be perfect.

Yay - the Brampton Battalion:

That IS one ugly-ass color scheme, I must say.

If those are legit (which I'm thinking yes, one gets revealed tomorrow, and they also have shoulder logos) then I LOVE them.

The only thing I would change would to have a blue hem on the white jersey.

Story B: Red Wings go undefeated and score 100 goals in every game. They also beat a team comprised of Godzilla, the ghost of Abraham Lincoln, 2 Power Rangers and Betty White. Oh, and they played in the middle of Iraq on a military base. In the sand. With no ice. Santa gave them special sand-skates that allowed them to play in shorts and t-shirts in 115 degree weather. Jesus, Zeus and Buddha watched from the sidelines and ate cotton candy.

Wow....

That looks like complete :censored:. Any jersey using piping is an automatic fail in my books and the off center nashville script looks embarassingly minor league. What really takes the cake is how they used the Blues template when their colour schemes are so similar. Never thought I'd say this but these make their previous jerseys look good. Such a dissapointment after releasing a strong set of logos...
