Stampman
I like the Saskatchewan idea, except for the red--it would look better without the red stripe--I think you took it from the flower--but the logo can have colours not reflected elsewhere--other than that I could see this working--abd if I were from Saskatchewan I could see me buying this...(especially without the red--wow I'm telling someone to remove red--what a weird day) Comic Sans walks into a bar, and the bartender says, "Sorry, we don't serve your type here." RyanB06
Here's Connecticut.I used the Rangers template in honor of the Hartford WolfPack. The blue is the state flag's primary color, the others are found in the state shield. The stripe between the gold is purple, for the grapes found in the shield. The state motto roughly translates to "He who transplants still sustains".#5 for the fifth state to ratify the U.S. Constitution. "Constitution" on the nameplate refers to our nickname, The Constitution State. The reason? Connecticut's Fundamental Orders of 1639 is generally recognized as the world's first written constitution, establishing a representative form of government. Stampman
It's kind of overdone, but then again they match Maryland's flag very well... Comic Sans walks into a bar, and the bartender says, "Sorry, we don't serve your type here."
pcgd
Well, here's my first concept posting on here. I saw this challenge and it was a bit too good to pass up. Seeing how illinois throws ol' abe's face on everything, why stop at the jersey. Yes, it looks a touch like the demon deacon, oh well. The bottom is the Chicago skyline with a small town skyline. Threw it together in a few hours, hope you all like it!Peace.

IronChefShark
and just to prove that there is no dibbing, here is my take on one thats been done allreadyTeam Hawaiithe crest logo in detailthe crest stumped me for the longest time. I originally wanted some sort of polyneisan warrior type logo on there, but I decided to go with a graphical version of a hibiscus flower. remember, there was once an NHL team called the "Rosebuds" now US state flag concepts

pflava
Shark - Love the Hawaii concept. It's the best of the two posted here. And LOVE the Tennessee uni's - they're absolutely perfect, and my favorites so far.
vicfurth
and while vic did add the other components, he has just one jersey?? Mainly slackerness (real word?) and working on the overhaul of my MLB basketball project. Great stuff, BTW.
CJR
remember, there was once an NHL team called the "Rosebuds" now Just to nit-pick, the Portland Rosebuds were never in the NHL. In 1925-26 they were actually a WCHL team in that league's final year. From 1914-1918 the Rosebuds were in the PCHA. They challenged for the Stanley Cup in 1916, losing to the NHA's Montreal Canadiens (who claimed their first-ever Stanley Cup).
