Well of course. They're home, the line is probably like 3.5

I like Dallas this week, should be a close game. All depends on Romo though, that OLine needs to do a much better job, and Nick Fairley is probably going to play in some capacity this week as well.

a much better job against a much better D line. And you thunk Suh is gonna hold back on Romo?

No, but Detroit isn't immune to giving up a big play or two. That secondary is still very suspect, and if Romo gets the time I think he could make them pay (all hinges on those ribs) but really I don't think it'll be an easy game for the Lions.

Oh I don't mean to suggest it'll be easy for Detroit, but personally I'd give them a very good shot of winning. If they are the real deal this year, it's the kind of game they need to win. (Also remember the Cowboys are coming off a short week.)

It'll be a close game. The Cowboys don't like to play anything other than close games. Nine games in row decided by 3 points or less. Nine. It's ridiculous.

And speaking of poor officiating, did anyone think LaRon Landry's hit on Robinson (Defranks avatar) was a penalty? I sure as hell don't. So why did Alan Ball get called for a 15 yard penalty when he led with his shoulder and hit Moss in the chest? Landry led with his noggin' and hit Robinson like a freight train. If that wasn't a flag, how in the world can Ball's be a flag?

Cowboys - Lakers - LAFC - USMNT - LA Rams - LA Kings - NUFC

Agreed I was thinking the same thing. I didn't really have much of a problem with the Landry hit but in no way can you call that clean if you're gonna throw a flag on the Ball hit. That one was ridiculous. Still nothing made me happier than seeing Hall get burned by Dez and basically costing them the game late. He is incredibly overrated.

Bills are facing a decent defense, and the Lions will be in tough against the Cowboys. Wouldn't be surprised if both are beaten on Sunday, but I'll say the Bills have the best chance at staying unbeaten.

Andre Johnson just went to the ground untouched and is writhing in pain. Looks like it could be either his knee, or his hamstring. Wuh oh... Either way, it's not good.

My first thought was hamstring. It looked like, if I remember correctly, he grabbed the back of his leg a little bit above the knee. Maybe it's just wishful thinking since I'd like to see this Texans team do well.

Ugh, where's the Bears' defense? They've already allowed 17 points to Cam Newton & Co., and the 2nd quarter is still fairly young.

Luckily, the Bears' offense has picked up the slack with 24 points thus far and counting. And Cutler has only attempted one pass the whole game (15 yard completion to Roy Williams).

...and then Martz suddenly decides to let Cutler air it out...and the Bears have to punt.

Once again, ugh.

They'll give up a touchdown on this drive too. Steve Smith absolutely owns the Bears during the Lovie tenure. They never learn, never, ever, ever learn how to stop him.

The offensive line blows, our pass rush is non-existent. Typical Bears football being veiled by Devin Hester and Matt Forte. They'll be lucky to win this one, Carolina's no pushover.

Third and 8 for Carolina, but they're in field goal range.

And, just so you know, I can't actually watch the game (I can choose between PIT-HOU and WAS-STL). I'm tracking it on nfl.com.

Field goal Carolina. Can't complain here; I was expecting much worse. The score should be 24-20 CHI going into the half.

Daniel Manning is an idiot. Touchdown off of a blocked FG to end the half nullified by a useless block-in-the-back 15 yards behind the play. Despite the lead, the Texans are shooting themselves in the foot.

*It was really actually only 5 or so yards behind the play. Looked a little farther back from that camera view directly behind the play.
