Hurricanes Concept

Well hopefully not everyone screamed in terror after reading the topic. I created this set using green as the main color, with red and black as secondaries, and I totally dropped silver from the scheme. I know green has been used before in concepts, but I think it looks really good and it would make them stand out wya better, since there are no green teams in the East, and it would also pay homage to the Whalers. I kept my previous concept jersey as the alternate. Lemme know what you guys think!

Why is it your links only route me back to this thread on the message board?

Did you try copying and pasting the URL?

Freewebs does something a little different than the others to discourage remote linking.

Tried all the ways I could think of. Cut -n- paste, click -n- drag, open link in new window.

Hard to cut -n- paste when the link isn't really a web address though. When I click -n- drag, I can see the address load in the address bar, but it never loads and just routes me back to the thread again.

Say it with me "Photobucket Rules!"

Hey, JeffB, agree with you there, but it should be more like this:

PHOTO BUCKET clap-clap-clapclapclap, PHOTO BUCKET clap-clap-clapclapclap...

[Repeat until the messge is heard!]

And no, it's not a rip-off of the T-FAQ chant. It's lifted from the "Let's Go Flyers" chant. The T-FAQ chant is more of a "DEE-FENSE" chant, BTW.

"I better go take a long walk off a short pier or something."

Some people on this bolard have told me to do just that.

My "Ron Mexico" alias is "Jon Tobago".

Or it could be "Shut-the-hell-up *clap clap clapclapclap*..."

Besides, Photobucket's overrated. But, I'm spoiled, I use my own server.

(Don't ISPs give web space to their connectivity customers anymore?)

Anyway, I could see it just fine. It's... um... er.... I'm wanting to be nice....

I didn't like it at all. The red/green combination didn't work at all for me. The idea of paying homage to the Whale with a 'Canes jersey is about as ridiculous as having Dallas wear a North Stars throwback anyway, but the combination of those shades of green and red just looked bad. (Then again, I'm a big fan of the 'Canes current jerseys, which are primarily red and black, to match the storm flag.)

Hey mods... is there ANY way to ignore a user? This no-class crap is really getting annoying.
