You know, I'm going to wait and see how this looks on the ice. There's a few jerseys out there that I thought sucked until I saw them in person and they actually surprised me. Might as well give the Islanders the same treatment here.

I meant the team as a whole, but I'd like to see how those unis play out first. I might change my mind about it, but it does give it a collegiate style to it which doesn't exactly endear itself to most fans out on Long Island.

I would be fine if they had a grey alternate, I think it would make the Islanders' colors pop.
