wILL-INI
So, I am currently working on a couple logos for a local fire dept, and a cheering section. And I know there are a bunch of rules and such with licensing, but I got to working, and I try to use custom fonts as much as I can, but there is one I really like for a fire dept, that I got from dafont for free. Do I need to get permission before I use it, or since it was free it's fair game? Any help would be appreciated thanks...

If it's from da font it's free for personal use if you look at above the download button. Usually with each font is an info document which contains what you should do if you want to use it professionally. It'll also give you someone to contact if you have questions about using it professionally.
