2011 NFL Hispanic Heritage

Speaking of NFL Hispanic Heritage Month, they played a song called "Viva Los Redskins" at last weeks Skins game for it... It was the Spanish version of Hail to the Redskins. It was pretty... um, interesting. My hispanic friend said it was pretty offensive to him.

Check it out for yourself, I can see where he is coming from. All that's missing is an "arriba!" and a taco reference.

That's quite an atrocious and unnecessary soundbite. I hope that it was the first and last time the Redskins use it at a game, but I am highly doubtful that they will continue to use the song in some capacity.

That was brutal. I'm not hispanic, but I have a lot of friends that are, and even i find that offensive.
