Someone here did some sort of Newfoundland-related design that had pink and green...I think there was a moose in there somewhere too.You're right, one of Newfoundland's flag designs was pink and green. I think Ice_Cap did some historical nations concepts and one was based on that flag.Shameless plug. Also, illwauk used the colour scheme for a North Dakota state flag concept.That's it! Your concept! I friend of mine with Finnish heritage has a replica one of these.
