Roger Clemente
Just a thought, but can you prove that Hockey Gods exist? And if they did, how did they manage to let the Mighty Ducks get soooooo close to the Stanley Cup? And how did they let Dallas actually win it? (And YES, that goal was legal!)--Roger "Time?" Roger Clemente
No it wasn't. The puck was in the crease before Hull's skate was. That was the important factor. And when it went out of the crease, Hull still had control of the puck.--Roger "Time?" Clemente. Follow me on Twitter if you care: @Animal_Clans.My opinion may or may not be the same as yours. Notch Novelty
But the rule was his skate couldn't be in the crease.
Roger Clemente
But the rule was his skate couldn't be in the crease. I just said why. The puck had to be in the crease before the skate. The skate was allowed in the crease if the puck was there already. It was! As well, you can still have your foot in the crease if you had control of the puck that was already there but left briefly. Hull kicked the puck from his skate to his stick and then scored.--Roger "Time?" Clemente. Follow me on Twitter if you care: @Animal_Clans.My opinion may or may not be the same as yours. Notch Novelty
No, the rule was the skate couldn't be in the crease, regardless of when the puck entered the crease. But lets not forget the goal that went in the side of the net.Anyways.....I was in 8th grade and now I'm in college. So it doesn't affect me either way.

Roger Clemente
No, official ruling was that your foot could enter the crease only if you had control of the puck first and then after the puck enters the crease first. The one reason why you saw so many goals called back was because it was mostly people waiting for tip-ins parked in front.--Roger "Time?" Clemente. Notch Novelty
Hull didn't really have control of the puck. Besides, Roger, I really don't care that much.

Roger Clemente
Hull didn't really have control of the puck. Besides, Roger, I really don't care that much. He brought the puck in, he shot the puck, it bounced off Hasek's glove to his skate, he kicks it to his stick and scores. I'd say that he had control.--Roger "Time?" Clemente. zer0dotcom
just something I wanted to throw in, i think this has gotten alittle muttledopinion- a personal belief that one holdsie I think that....it doesn't have to have backing, you can feel however the hell you wantstatement/arguement- using facts and evidence to prove your arguementie this is the way things are BECAUSE (insert evidence here)when you say this is the way something should be, or this is how it is, better back yourself up, or else your arguement is about as valid as the Liberals campaign promisesIf the 'hockey gods' truely exist, then why the hell is T-Bay ont eh verge of going to the Cup finals, and not Montreal, or why isn't Philly up 3-2? jkrdevil
Roger is right on the rule, if the puck was in the crease then the foot could be in the crease. Hull has possesion, he was moving the puck onto his forehand for the shot. If fact, that is still the rule they just don't enforce it.BTW, it's the second period and if you know anything about Philly sports you will know they choke and lose. They don't call Philly, Choke City, USA for nothing.
Roger Clemente
4-3 Tampa Bay. But the whole point now is that you shouldn't go around saying that cities don't deserve teams for non-existant reasons. And don't go arguing about things you don't know about.--Roger "Time?" Clemente. Follow me on Twitter if you care: @Animal_Clans.My opinion may or may not be the same as yours.
