DEAD!
I once had a Detroit Vipers hat. I also have an Essendon Bombers hat, polo shirt and fleece shirt. I saw, I came, I left.
Don
I have a Chesapeake Icebreakers ECHL t-shirt. drdougfresh
I have an Atlanta Falcons Super Bowl shirt. Does that count as obscure?I have a 'Bless You Boys' Tigers shirt from '84. I think that should count as well haha
Matito
I'll start. Here is what I haveMinnesota Fighting Saints shirtColumbia Blowfish shirtSt. Pete Pelicans 59fiftyLouisville Cardinals Rowing shirtYou have no idea how jealous of you I am about that Pelicans cap. I've literally been looking for one for years and haven't been able to find one, other than a Japanese site that would charge me about $75. I did manage to find a Majestic Pelicans t-shirt, but it's a little worn and probably a bit too small. The only "obscure" stuff I have besides the Pelicans shirt is:Tampa Tarpons capTampa Smokers capIndiana Wesleyan University Wildcats t-shirtKannapolis Intimidators cap (really stretching the "obscure" concept with that one)
smzimbabwe
I have a lot of Alaska League memorabilia, clothing, and hats, which are all pretty obscure now that I live in Idaho...I have London Monarchs, Iowa Barnstormers, Hiroshima Carp, and Vancouver Voodoo jerseys. I don't know if a San Jose Clash jersey is considered obscure or not...I have original pennants for the Arizona Wranglers, Denver Dynamite, and San Antonio Riders still hanging up in my office... Francis10
My favorite in this category is my WHA Michigan Stags jersey. They lasted 61 games in '74-'75.It does still get recognized more often than not at Joe Louis when I wear it out there.

They lasted 61 games in '74-'75.It does still get recognized more often than not at Joe Louis when I wear it out there. The Stags' logo is one of my favourite of all-time. I don't have it any more, but I used to have an amazing Lancaster Red Roses (obscure CBA team that played a single season in '79-80) T-shirt, that I found in a vintage clothes shop about 12 years ago. I wore it until it literally disintegrated...

jakemon08
not an obscure team, but more of an obscure item:when I was a little I had a Jacksonville Jaguars hat that had their original unused logo on it. oh how I wish I still had that around. gosioux76
I'm on my second Minnesota Kicks (NASL) tshirt.I've also got shirts of the Minnesota Pipers and Baltimore Hustlers of the ABA, both of which were purchased through Throwback Max.I have a pair of 80s fan jerseys (the kind you could order from a JC Penney catalog) one of Ken Stabler with the Oilers, the other a Tommy Kramer of the Vikings. Neither team, of course, is obscure, but Stabler with the Oilers is unorthodox, and Kramer's far from a household name outside of Minnesota. mfoster
I have a bunch of defunct hockey jerseys...Waco Wizards (WPHL)Oklahoma City Blazers (CHL, game worn)Fort Worth Fire (CHL)Vancouver VooDoo (RHI, practice jersey)Lone Star Cavalry (NAHL, Junior A, game worns)Santa Fe Roadrunners (NAHL, game worn)Dallas Titans (WSHL, Junior B, game worn)Fort Worth Texans (both a CHL replica and WSHL game worn that was designed with the assistance of this board)Tucson Tilt (WSHL... team was sponsored by Full Tilt Poker and used a modified Full Tilt logo. The team folded before Thanksgiving)Columbus Hawks (one of the pro roller hockey leagues, forget which)San Antonio Iguanas (CHL)Detroit Compuware Ambassadors (NAHL, youth jersey my kids wear to games to kick it old school)Fresno Falcons (WCHL)Alaska Gold Kings (WCHL)Used to have a home/road pair of Dallas Freeze CHL jerseys - sold them about a decade ago to Brian Slagel of MetalBlade Records, who probably has more hockey jerseys than everyone on this board combined)I'm probably forgetting some from the back reaches of my closet. Went back to buy it a couple days later and it was gone. You must have gotten to it before me.
tBBP
Interesting thread. In my last round of spring-cleaning (i.e. getting rid of stuff I no longer need or can't wear due to size), I donated to a local Goodwill my long-held-but-time-to-let-go-of Pensacola Ice Pilots jersey...the original one, as in the straight bite-off of the Quebec Rafales. And it got me to reminiscing, so I went and dug up all of my old sketches, doodles and fantasy sports team concept drawings (see, I used to do this stuff BEFORE the internet existed ) and came across a box of press clippings I used to trace the players for my concepts...ended up coming across a couple from the early Ice Pilots years, one of which was a game against the (even more obscure) I-10 rival Mobile Mysticks, and I remember thinking how much I liked their logo jerseys back in the day. (They were also one of, if not the only team in the Southern conference whose primary sweater logo didn't have the actual team name stuck on it somewhere.) Then I cam across some more clippings of old fan favorites Chad Quenneville, longtime team captain, and Brent Gretzky--yes, as in Wayne's little brother. (Please believe the city officials used to make a big deal out of having the Great One's little brother playing minor league in our city, if only because it actually brought Wayne himself to Pensacola a few times. And this was back when Pro Stars, for those of you old enough to remember that cartoon, was still airing locally, so yeah, it was kind of a big thing back then). In another one of those clippings was team assistant captain and perennial league all-star Glen Metropolit a.k.a. "Metro". Some of you Washington Capitals fans may remember that name, as Metro managed to play his way onto that team for a while, skating along with the likes of Petr Bondra and them. I don't remember him lasting very long in Washington, but it was still good to see someone who used to play for the home team make it up to play with the big boys. And there's my obscure reminisce story of the day. *Disclaimer: I am not an authoritative expert on stuff...I just do a lot of reading and research and keep in close connect with a bunch of people who are authoritative experts on stuff. || dribbble || Behance ||

leopard88
I have a Baltimore Stars AJD cap and a Philadelphia Stars windbreaker (worn by stadium staff according to the fraternity brother who gave it to me). I'll post them once I can figure out why I can't get into my Photobucket account. And here they are. For some reason, I couldn't rotate the views on the jacket.By the way, I'm not sure if it counts as "representin'" when I probably haven't worn either item in 20+ years. However, the jacket is at least hanging on the back of my office door. gueman
Baltimore CFL COLTS t-shirt, and a Petr Nedved Sparta Prague Jersey...that might be popular in Prague...not so much in PA. And a Yellow Baltimore Skipjacks "Jacks" jersey. Giving money and power to government is like giving whiskey and car keys to teenage boys. P. J.
