PNC has the Allegheny River beyond right-center. And it DEFINITELY deserves to host the '06 game. Yeah, but Pittsburgh just hosted the ASG in 94. Pittsburgh had it 10 years ago but it's good to dream anyway. It would be nice to bring an All-Star Game to Pittsburgh. It would be another chance to spotlight PNC Park to the nation. Hey, nothing wrong with being a promoter of the hometown ballpark. I was there in late March and got to see the place up close - it's just beautiful, a real gem and deserving of an ASG after other markets that haven't had the game in a much longer time get a chance.
