2012-13 soccer kits

Nike has been doing that for a couple years, going back at least to this Arsenal shirt from 2010-2011:

Although the cuff is quite broad, this Arsenal shirt was based on the classic 70s Arsenal shirt, which also had contrasting cuffs.

Yes, but what I was getting at was that the cuff on this shirt was extremely broad, more so than on the original shirt it was echoing, and that has since become a signature trait of their shirts.

I think the current US clash uniforms could use a red cuff--the white sleeves just feel like they're missing something...

Oh snap. Those centennary navy blue USA kits are sitting on an online shop waiting to post pictures. No, I have no idea how long until they launch. Kinda exciting, though.

If it is a huge gold Chevy logo instead of just the "Chevrolet" or "Chevy" script, I will have to realign my EPL loyalties. Hell, even an outline of the Chevy logo would be tragically awful.

Proof again that ManUre fans aren't real fans. ;)

Oh, you :)

Seriously, the world would be a much better place had they just stuck with Sharp on their shirts...

Agree about them being not-quite-right. Disagree about the cuffs solving the problem. I have solace in the fact that these are not WC jerseys.

Maybe it's just me, but I am not expecting to like these. I haven't liked most of the USMNT throwbacks. I like the idea of incorporating elements (such as the sash), but I'm not not feeling the look on most of the older uniforms for this team. Besides, this is a team that needs to get away from its past and create some tradition.

Eh, that's the same amount of logos you'll see on a Nike or adidas (if you don't count the stripes) jersey and less than Kappa or Puma. The only reason it might look like a lot is because you can see half the UA logo on his compression shorts which are pretty long.

Looks like they're just following Nike's lead. And, honestly, Adidas is still the worst culprit with the triple stripes EVERYWHERE.

Agreed with both of you. Nothing to see there. It's the norm across all the manufacturers pretty much. i can't really blame them either TBH.
