They need to go. If they are going to sport solid colored pants, why not just go with silver, similar to their Thanksgiving Day throwback uniforms? Equipment managers retain a lot of the old pants and they use them for practice because practice pants get beat to hell. The Bengals changed their uniforms in 2004, but as recently as 2009 (when they were on Hard Knocks) there were players wearing pants from the previous design during training camp.
