BrianLion
Did the Jagoffs rent their stadium out to a peewee football league?Wow. Just wow. Givin' the Marlins a run for their money. Was this near the beginning of the game or garbage time in the 4th quarter?this was the 4th quarter when the game was out of hand and the fans had been Gabbert'ed for 3 hours/

TSHARE18
Im guessing after sitting in 100 degree weather watching 3 quarters where your offense hasnt gotten past their own 36 yard line that most people of the sold out crowd would leave too. Ark
Dolphins are the only team to win their first game in their new digs! You mean "togs" not "digs"Digs means "home" not clothing. Togs come from "toga"... Digs comes from digging/construction... Languages evolve dude.Yeah, that's true, dude, but that doesn't mean I can look at a tree and call it a horse. Digs doesn't mean clothing. He probably meant "duds", anyways.Nvm, you're right. I though he said duds.

GeauxColonels
Not sure if it has been discussed on here at all, but reading another message board someone SWEARS that the Saints changed the shade of gold used on the helmets this season. Most of us didn't notice a change. Anyone have any more info on this? ColorWerx?

Or "Sold out" in that you couldn't walk up to the ticket window at kickoff and buy a ticket? I recall reading a description earlier this week that the stadium looked pretty empty - I'll go find it. It's where I sit.

PhlyBoy
The Jags are a joke when it comes to attendance. The Packers sell out pre season games while the Jags are praying not to use tarps

pianoknight
I'm not sure what that logo is in the top-left corner of the picture, but given that it's Jacksonville it should probably read "I.O.U." instead of "I.O.A." 5th in NAT. TITLES | 2nd in CONF. It looks washed out to me. If you like the Oilers look, though, that's definitely it.

Most of us didn't notice a change. Anyone have any more info on this? ColorWerx? They changed the color of their helmets last year, when Nike changed their gold(s) to one consistent shade of tan. It's a shame, too, because the former shade of gold was a great color.
ColeJ
The Titans navy pants made me feel warm and fuzzy and nostalgic... But I still prefer the Columbia pants and the white pants over the navy. As a once or twice a year thing though, I like it. I'm alllll for the Titans mixing and matching. I even think navy over navy looks okay, as an oilers fan. Everything in the NFL is so fleeting when compared to hockey or baseball that I give the titans free reign to do whatever they want as long as Columbia blue stays in the palette somewhere as a nod to my oilers. Shame as it's one of their best looksI'm alllll for the Titans mixing and matching.Me too. In 2006-2009, they wore 7 different combinations and I loved them all. I wish they'd do that again. Their columbia over navy/white over columbia routine of the last few years has grown a little stale.
BlueSky
Not sure what the right phrase is here...maybe the best of a bad look? In any case, even as an outspoken critic of Seattle's unis I have to admit they didn't look that bad on Sunday.
