It looks very similar, especially with all the black and gold. Just a more detailed Mizzou logo IMO. Obviously different animals, but just all the gold and black. And the same pose. I bet money they won't have a white outline. Their team twitter feed tweeted a picture of the new logo on a black background without a white outline. burgundy Posted February 5, 2013 Share Posted February 5, 2013 I kind of like it, but there's two things really holding it back for me. The use of 2 golds for shading, and those spots are WAY too detailed. They make it way too illustrative. If they had stuck with just the lighter gold (which I really like), and made the spots just round, this would be a fantastic logo. As it is though, I'll give it a B-.
