Why did the Bears hire him as their offensive coordinator when he had no prior NFL coaching experience and only one year as an offensive coordinator in college? That equals the second most changes, equalling 1974 but not close to 1973 (36 changes). *- If you include Georgia State who will start in FBS next season, there is 29 changes.
