dfwabel
Rutgers has adopted NFL's "No Purse + Only Clear Gallon Bags" Policy. Michigan State has a modified version which allows an unbacked seat cushion with a zipper pocket, but no woman's clutch bag/fannypak, unlike the NFL. Teams which use NFL stadiums will adhere to the NFL policy too (Pitt, Miami, Temple. SDSU)Of course, they are using Homeland Security evaluations as the reason why.Not that bags are really an issue at such sporting events, but it's even more reason to stay at home. EDIT: While not for all schools, at least Cal gave a pic of the legal/illegal bags.

OnWis97
SKI U MAHGo Gophers.6 PM vs UNLVI think they'll finish 6-6 this year.I am sure the game has been scheduled for some time, but I cannot believe it is opposite a home Vikings preseason game. Sure, the latter does not count, but this is a pro sports town and this is not the best way to get early-season interest. OnWis97
My Predictions (Winners in Bold):BCS National Title Game: Alabama vs LouisvilleFiesta Bowl: Oklahoma State vs StanfordSugar Bowl: Georgia vs Northern IllinoisRose Bowl: Ohio State vs OregonOrange Bowl: Clemson vs UCFHeisman PredictionsTeddy Bridgewater - Louisville T.J. Yeldon - Alabama Braxton Miller - Ohio State Jordan Lynch - Northern Illinois Jadeveon Clowney - South CarolinaOther Votes: DeAnthony Thomas (Oregon), Johnny Manziel (Texas A&M), Aaron Murray (Georgia), Ka'Deem Carey (Arizona)My homer pick is that Melvin Gordon, RB, Wisconsin gets votes. He's the #2 RB right now, but he's got the most talent. Last year as the #3, he averaged 10 yards a carry backing up Montee Ball (gone) and James White (still around). With Ball gone, he's going to get his carries and play his way into more carries than White. Wisconsin's O-line may be the weakest it's had since Barry Alvarez took over (and totally lacking depth), so that could hurt (not to mention they are pretty weak at QB), but he should be good enough to turn a lot of heads. He will be on pre-season Heisman lists a year from now. That's so wrong but knowing Vegas, they probably have to over/under on that. Degenerates love the little prop bets.
