He should put on a show every week.

He won't play a quality opponent all season.

I agree, but Louisville's offense is very balanced so it would be hard sometimes for him to put up huge numbers like Manziel and Mariota. He has the talent to do so, but is limited to the pro-style offense they run. Also, the schedule is a total bummer. Next year will be great because they will play Clemson, Notre Dame, and Florida State in the ACC rather than UCF, Memphis, and UConn.

Agreed. They really need to re-do the ACC's Divisions though. If their going to make them random like the B1G, then don't give them geographic names. I could see a North/South alignment working.

They're only random because the media says they're random and the names are stupid.

The ACC has had these divisions for nearly 10 years, and I'm still not 100% sure which team is in which division. And I consider myself to be on top of things when it comes to college football......

I meant the Big Ten. I figured the "stupid names" bit gave it away.

Arizona is complete and utter garbage.

This game has me licking my chops for the Territorial Cup matchup on November 30th. ASU straight rolled over SC when we played them two weeks ago.

Now watch us blow that game.

2 years ago,it was exactly like that, with the Cats going into Tempe and stunning the Devils for the win. My initial post was an overreaction, since the game was only by a TD in the end, but I'm sorry USC is terrible. Arizona gave up less points against a much better Washington team, plus Marqise Lee was out tonight for the Trojans tonight, but they still surrendered 38.

They are pretty random...Like Hedley in the ACC, I have to remind myself of who is where in the B1G. "Random" may be the wrong word as they were designed with a purpose (split the big four, split Iowa/Wisconsin, Split NW/PUR/MSU/ILL, split Minn/IU...that is, divide them up based on a snapshop of the time), but it's annoying (particularly for Wisconsin, who does not share a division with it's three closest geographic rivals).

It's all moot anyway, as it'll be a nice east/west split starting next year.

My rule is the legends are all the teams that begin with M and N and Iowa. The rest are in the Leaders.

Check out this comparison of how much bigger Bristol Motor Speedway is compared to Neyland Stadium:

Could the field look like these images:

It's going to be a lot like these outdoor hockey games.....sure, it's neat to have 30,000-60,000 (or more) watching a hockey game, but how good will these seats actually be for watching the game?

I've never been to Bristol, but I can't imagine many seats will be good for watching the game. The closest seats may be too low, and the highest seats probably will probably suck as well.

That's what it looks like to me. It'd be awesome to go for the experience but I can't imagine there's a whole lot of good seats.

I read something about Daytona wanting to play host to a football game. How the hell would that work out?

It is somewhat easier than it looks. The grass area at a 1.5 miles track, like Texas and Charlotte, often have a 1/4 mile track which has a straight inside the pit lane. A football field fits inside that area. They don't have too deal woth that since they front straight has more area.

Plus, Daytona currently holds the supercross event on the same infield area with temp seating along pitlane and on the banking.

Georgia probably should have lost to Tennessee, and they probably should lose to Missouri. Yet, they stay around. Like that annoying little housefly.

Well, it looks like you're going to get your wish, Murray just threw a pick on his own 35, that lead to a Josey TD. But to Georgia's defense, it's not exactly easy to win with your top 2 rushers & receivers out.

Also, it feels like I've literally watched every Georgia game this season, this stretch they've played at the beginning of the season has been daunting. 4 games vs. Top 25 teams, with injuries everywhere. Hard to believe I picked this team to win the National Title at the beginning.

The Tech game must've been horrible. 50 degrees and constant rain, glad I didn't go to that one. At least we can get to the bye week with 1 loss on top of the Coastal, even if some of those games were really ugly. Now if we can just take care of business and beat MIami, we'll be able to be destroyed by FSU or Clemson.

Missouri looks great so far, they look like they could win the East this year, it's amazing to see this team healthy after that cluster:censored: of injuries they had last year.
