Thickness of top and bottom of the C should be about the same as the left side, the right side should close a little more, and the overall shape of the C should be a little more rounded. I posted an earlier thread about trying to nail down a "clean" version of the Captain patch. Agree with the earlier comment that the "C" needs to be a bit more rounded.
